500 E-RYT Yoga, Pilates and dance teacher also holding various personal training, fitness, nutrition, Ayurvedic qualifications as she believes it's important to work on different components of fitness using various forms - suitable to your needs, likes, dislikes and to consider the mind and spirit aspect as well.

Dorota has lived, worked and studied in Poland, Australia, India, Bermuda and Saudi Arabia and has been cooperating with various fitness schools as an educator and a presenter - delivering teaching training courses, workshops and master classes. Recently moved in to Singapore and can’t wait to share her passions with students here.
